Kajian Tindak Tutur Ilokusi dalam Serial Drama Turki “Sultan Abdul Hamid II Episode 1”

The prestige of Turkish drama series in the world cinema is considered worthy appreciation. Every that presented can grab attention audience. It because some elements such as theme, genre, storyline, and setting. One dramas have caught public Sultan Abdul Hamid II. This study aims to describe illocutionary speech well meaning utterances contained this series. qualitative descriptive research. data collection technique used was speaking-free listening technique. Meanwhile, analysis techniques were (1) recording II episode 1, (2) collecting classifying utterances, (3) describing intent utterances. Based on results analysis, there are four types illocutionary, including directive, declarative, representative, expressive. In directive related actions ordering, begging, requesting, forbidding, suggesting. Then, utterance declaration, affirmation contain intention glorifying, deciding, maintaining secrecy, satirizing. representative intend state, reveal, report, describe. Then expressive speech, various expressions express praising, praying, expressing thanks, admiration, satirizing, conveying joy.
